As you’re reading this, it’s likely a bunch of people are participating in a mass trespass in a woodland somewhere in England. It's selfish and irresponsible and nature will lose.
A ban is a lazy and crude way to deal with complicated issues and doesn’t solve the thing it was intended to. The consequences though, especially for people in the countryside, are huge.
There’s a lot of negativity around the forest industry, nearly all of it unnecessary and unhelpful. Let me enlighten you as to the positives this most sustainable of industries provides us all….
